Step 1 — Free Discovery Call (15–30 minutes)
Your first step is a complimentary phone consultation with the doctor. We’ll learn about your situation, your goals with treatment, and answer any initial questions. This helps us determine if what we offer is a good match for your needs.

Step 2 — Free Discovery Visit (40 minutes)
If we both feel there’s a good fit, the next step is an in-clinic Discovery Visit. During this visit, we uncover the true root cause of your problem, explain the steps needed for lasting results (not just short-term relief), and make sure we’re confident we can help.

Step 3 — Comprehensive Initial Exam & Treatment (75 minutes)
After the Discovery Visit, you’ll schedule your first paid session. This includes a detailed movement analysis and hands-on treatment so you can experience what care with us looks like. We also use this visit to see how your body responds, which helps us design your plan of care.

Step 4 — Personalized Plan of Care
Together, we’ll map out a treatment plan tailored to your goals and needs. Each plan has a clear end date—meaning you won’t need to come forever. Our focus is on lasting results and giving you the tools to stay strong and resilient long after your care with us.

The Discovery Visit is a complimentary 40-minute special in-clinic consultation session that allows us to meet and gain an understanding of your situation and for you to ask any questions, ensuring our clinic is the right fit for you.

During this visit, we uncover the root cause of your problem, explain what it will take to achieve long-term results, and make sure we’re confident we can help you.

If we are not what you need, we are transparent and will guide you to the appropriate professional for your condition. When we have established that we can help you, we will schedule you your comprehensive initial exam and develop your custom treatment plan.

At Reform Spine & Sport, we prioritize your care above all else. That’s why we’ve chosen to operate as an out-of-network provider with all insurance carriers, or other third party payors. By doing so, we can offer you the personalized attention and comprehensive care you deserve, without the limitations imposed by insurance companies.

Our commitment to your well-being means that we provide free consultations, along with a thorough initial exam and hour-long follow-up appointments. This ensures that we can tailor our treatment plans to meet your individual needs, without the constraints often imposed by insurance companies.

While we do not directly bill insurance companies, we are happy to provide you with a “superbill” upon request. This document contains all the necessary information for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

We still encourage you to come in for a Free Discovery Visit to see if we could better address your condition. Not only do we at Reform Spine & Sport offer more services than just the typical chiropractic services, such as soft tissue therapies, exercise programming, rehab exercises – we recognize that one size never fits all.

We develop treatment plans specifically tailored for YOU and YOUR needs, and we can achieve results where others have not.

We go beyond quick fixes. Every visit is one-on-one, focused on uncovering the root cause of your issue, and designed around your long-term goals. We combine hands-on care with education and rehab strategies that empower you to stay strong and resilient long after your visits.

Generally, we help active adults and athletes who are dealing with pain, injuries, or mobility issues that hold them back at work, in the gym, on the field, on the golf course, or in everyday life. Common cases include back pain, neck pain, shoulder injuries, knee pain, post-surgery recovery, and recurring sports injuries.

There is a great likelihood that we can help you with pain, stiffness, and injuries in the neck, upper back, middle back, lower back, shoulders, arms, hips, knees, ankles and feet.

However, it’s impossible to give you a definitive answer in this format, which is why we offer our Free Discovery Visit where we can discuss your condition and give you a completely transparent answer whether we can help you or if we can help guide you to the appropriate professional for you condition.

Depending on your treatment, we may need to access the skin of the shoulders, knees, and back, and may need you to feel able to move freely. To make this simple and easy, we ask patients to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing (i.e. workout clothes) for most treatments and tank-tops/ shorts for treatment of the upper back, shoulders, and knee regions.

We accept the following forms of payment: major debit and credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and checks.

Our care combines evidence-based chiropractic, rehab exercise, and manual therapy. While we don’t focus on passive-only treatments like spinal decompression or massage, we do use hands-on therapies when they support your rehab plan. The priority is always long-term, sustainable results.

That depends on your goals and the complexity of your condition. Every patient receives a personalized plan of care with a clear end date—you won’t need to come forever.

Our main goal is to provide guidance, tools, and education for long-term solutions. We want you to not need us again.

Many of our patients come to us after trying physical therapy, standard chiropractic, or quick-fix approaches. Because we focus on uncovering the root cause and building a personalized plan around your goals, we often succeed where other methods have fallen short.

We commonly help people with back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder injuries, hip and knee pain, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and recurring aches that haven’t improved with traditional care.

No. While we work with many athletes and active adults, our approach benefits anyone who wants to move better and stay active—whether that means keeping up with kids, traveling, working without pain, or training for sport

Not necessarily. Adjustments are just one of many tools we use. Each session is tailored to your needs and may include manual therapy, rehab exercises, strength training progressions, and education—always focused on long-term results.

Many patients notice improvement within the first few sessions. Lasting results, however, come from following your personalized plan of care—addressing not just pain but the underlying factors contributing to it.

Yes. Many people see us not only for pain relief but for injury prevention, performance, and building resilience. Whether you want to move better in daily life, train safely in the gym, or stay active as you age, our approach helps you stay ahead of problems before they start.

Not usually. We rely on a thorough exam and movement assessment first. If we suspect something that requires imaging, we’ll refer you to the appropriate provider before continuing care.

Yes. Many of our patients use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for care, since we are a cash-based clinic.

Yes—we design simple, targeted exercises or routines for you to do between sessions. These are key to building independence, speeding up results, and preventing problems from returning.

In most cases, yes. We’ll help modify your workouts or activities so you can stay active without making things worse. Our goal is to keep you moving—not sideline you.

Definitely. Part of every care plan includes customized exercises you can do at home or in the gym. This empowers you to take control of your recovery and continue progressing between visits.
